Driver requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience is mandatory.
- License: Valid Class A CDL.
- Driving record: Clean MVR (no major violations).
- Language: English language proficiency (required).
- Work location: OTR, fully on the road.
- Position type: 1099 independent contractor.
Responsibilities and skills
- Safety and compliance: Navigate OTR routes efficiently while strictly adhering to all DOT safety regulations and company policies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and regularly with dispatchers regarding route updates, delivery schedules, and road conditions.
- Freight security: Support delivery operations by ensuring all freight is handled, secured, and transported responsibly.
- Operations coordination: Maintain excellent coordination with dispatch teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery processes.
